Connecting Neurodiverse Entrepreneurs, Leaders, and Aspiring Leaders
Join our network of neurodiverse entrepreneurs and business leaders
We are starting a neurodiverse-led network to connect business leaders and aspiring leaders across sectors, from creative to tech to public services.
We believe that whilst there is greater recognition of the value that neurodiverse people bring to our economy and our society, we still face barriers that others do not, in mainstream education, in getting our first jobs and in building our careers – whether as a solopreneur or in a larger organisation.
We believe that can change – and we want to be a part of that change by creating a forum for neurodiverse leaders and aspiring leaders to meet, share tactics and inspiration, and start a journey together that creates more equal opportunities both for our leaders and for neurodiverse people across society.
Who is behind DiffandNet?
DiffandNet is an idea of Andrew Burnett, a neurodivergent entrepreneur and founder of helleau®, he believes that a world which is more equitable for neurodivergent people is not only possible but is most likely also a more accessible world for all.
Because all good teams are diverse, his back office on this project is run by Andrew’s partner, Jen Ang. Jen is neurotypical, but a big believer that the world would be a better place if we made some changes to reduce barriers for neurodiverse people. Jen is also 100% better organised than Andrew.
